Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item received is defective in any way, simply email us a picture of the item (and the defect) along with  proof of purchase to shop{at}sunglassestribe.com within 45 days of ordering your item and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you! 

Depending on where you live,  it may take a couple of weeks for your exchanged product to reach you. 

Refunds
No refunds on music or gift cards.

After we receive a picture of the item, if you do not want a replacement, we will arrange a refund.
